  • Photographer Thierry Bornier surprises us with rich colors in National Geographic’s Photo of the Day, “Red Terraces,” of the rice field terraces in Yunnan, China. David Y. Lee, Producer of Nat Geo “Your Shot,” says, “I see lots of photos with rice fields, and I can’t remember one being so colorful. This scene feels like a painting.”
  • We welcome October.

“I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers. It would be terrible if we just skipped from September to November, wouldn’t it?”
―Lucy Maud Montgomery, Anne of Green Gables

  • A useful insight from the Sketch Guy, Carl Richards, writing for the New York Times: “Your Future Should Be Bigger Than Your Past. Here’s How To Do It.”

Love that question by Dan Sullivan; I must reflect upon it. And need to do so often. So very important, and something I think about often – working to value every day. Thank you for the reminder SheKeeps.
